iMC aka Infinity The MC was in full effect at 90.FM, KSJS. He stopped on by and exclusively previewed some tracks that are on his up and coming album “The Barcode.” I am chopping up the interview as we speak so that you can download the interview portion instead of the whole aircheck.

This is the first week that KSJS got the machine in the studio to record our shows. If you were wondering what happened to posting our whole shows up on the “internets” this summer you can peep the post about it here.

What’s good? I hope things are going good for you. I have been extremely busy taking care of mid terms and doing crazy papers for all my classes. I found the time to upload the show for your pleasure. I forgot to mention that I am currently training two Dj’s to be on air so you will be hearing them on this aircheck and the air checks for 3 weeks. March Madness!!

The month of March has been full of madness and new things! If you haven’t heard, I have a new time slot on the radio! They gave out the new timeslots for KSJS and for this semester the “radio God’s” have handed down the special timeslot every Monday from 7-10pm!! When you get a chance to, tune in, call in and chat it up.

Now to the juicy stuff!! I am 85% done getting the podcasts (show downloads) up on iTunes for subscription. I am going to submit the postcast feed: http://www.djrayz.com/?feed=podcast to iTunes today and hopefully get the ball rolling with that. If you are a little more tech savvy, you can subscribe right now by going into iTunes, going to Advanced -> Subscribe to Podcast

Thank you for your continued patience and support as I update my blog and post up the shows. New show times have been announced at KSJS and I no longer have my Sunday time slot. I will post another blog with a flier I plan on making showing the new time slot *cough*Monday’s 7-10pm*cough*. I’ll keep you posted. I have been working hard on getting the podcast setup with my wordpress theme and have been encountering minor difficulties. This week I was able to wake up on time and gather all my belongings to record the show this week. The show started off a little jazzy and then it picked up. Thanks to everyone who called in and kept me busy finding requests and entertained.

I have been out of a job since September 2007 and have been job searching this year. I hope for something part time on the weekends. Should I get a job, the show time will need to change. KSJS will be changing the show times starting February 12th so I’ll keep you updated on my next time slot.
